A gently sweet, earthy ferment made with organic golden beetroot, crisp apple and naturally fermented in rooibos tea infused brine.
This is a lighter, refreshing ferment with subtle vanilla notes from the rooibos. Beautiful alongside warm lentil salads, roasted carrots, smoked mackerel, dressings, curries, or straight from the pouch.
